Festival dates reservation: reservation shall be confirmed only after receiving full payment. Advance & Cash Incentives shall not apply for Festival Dates.
Peak season dates reservation: any reservation made more than two months prior to check in date shall be confirmed only after receiving full payment
During the Festival dates cancellation notice must be received at least 45 days prior to guest’s arrival date.
We consider FAMILY BED as one Queen bed and Deluxe TWIN as two separate beds, we will be joining the beds for DOUBLE bed requirements.
Cancellation done before 15 days of arrival time; 50% Advance payment will be forfeited.
Confirmed reservation cancelled within 7 days of arrival of the guest will be charged in full.
Refunds will be paid in full if a written cancellation is received by us or its representative 30 days prior to the guest arrival date.
